A Houston, Texas man claimed he discovered a condom inside a fried chicken purchased from the Popeyes located at 7416 S. Sam Houston Pkwy W. Dr Candice Matthews and Quanell X pulled up to the Popeyes to call out the location after a condom was found in the chicken
