Male Escort Sues Cassie & Diddy, Claims He Contracted STD from Her, She Aborted Child

Clayton Howard, an escort who says he was hired by Sean "Diddy" Combs and singer Cassie for their notorious "freak-offs," has filed a lawsuit against the former couple, claiming he contracted a sexually transmitted disease from Cassie.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Howard—who used the alias “Dave” during the alleged encounters—claims he was involved in the sessions for over five years, beginning in 2009. In the lawsuit, he alleges that Cassie became pregnant during their sexual relationship and later had an abortion. Despite the procedure, Howard says their unprotected encounters continued.
Howard also details the alleged physical and emotional toll the sessions took on him. He claims Cassie made him masturbate for extended periods—sometimes for hours—causing painful skin damage, including peeling and tearing.
In addition to the STD claim, Howard says the "freak-offs" left him with long-term physical and psychological injuries. He’s seeking compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress, and a diminished quality of life. While the exact amount he’s demanding in damages has not been disclosed, the suit paints a disturbing picture of the alleged abuse he endured.
