Newly released defense exhibits in Sean "Diddy" Combs’ ongoing federal case include a 2014 audio recording in which singer and accuser Cassie can be heard threatening a man who claimed to have seen explicit footage of her participating in a so-called "freak-off."

In the recording, Cassie—who identifies the man as "Sugit"—is heard saying, “It’s my f***ing life and I’ll kill you. If you don’t show me right now, I will kill you, and I will hide you and I will cut you up and put you in the f***ing dirt.”

She continues with another threat, stating, “I’ve never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you. It’s not going to be blood on my hands. Someone else is going to do it.”

The clip was reportedly played for jurors during Cassie’s cross-examination. Under questioning, she confirmed that she was the one who recorded the conversation and acknowledged making the threats after the man claimed to have viewed a video of her involved in the alleged sex party.

Cassie’s legal team has not publicly responded to the release of the audio. The recording is among a series of exhibits introduced by the defense as part of its effort to discredit key testimony in the high-profile case.
