50 Cent Teases New "Mogul" Series Based Off of the Diddy Scandal

50 Cent has been closely following the federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, frequently posting reactions to the bombshell allegations emerging in court. Now, he’s turning the drama into a new TV project.
On Thursday, 50 announced a forthcoming series titled Mogul, which he says is inspired by Diddy’s ongoing legal scandal. He shared the news via Instagram, posting a stylized logo for the series , stating that "I gotta make some money off this s***. 👀🚨Coming Soon ! @50centaction This ain’t Empire.”
While no plot details or release date have been confirmed, fans are already buzzing about the potential for Mogul to follow in the footsteps of 50’s other hit series like Power and BMF.
The announcement came just hours after Diddy’s former assistant, Capricorn Clark, testified in court about an incident involving 50 Cent. According to Clark, she overheard Diddy referencing his tension with 50 during a conversation with his late manager, Chris Lighty, after an MTV event.
“Puff told Chris—because they were having some sort of issue—like, ‘I really don’t like all the back and forth. I don’t do that. I like guns,’” Clark testified.
When asked directly what the issue was about, Clark replied, “He had an issue with 50 Cent.”
Never one to miss a moment, 50 reposted a clip of the testimony and responded with his signature sarcasm:
“Wait a minute PUFFY’s got a gun, I can’t believe this I don’t feel safe 😔LOL.”
As Diddy’s trial continues to unfold, it’s clear 50 Cent plans to keep watching — and capitalizing — every step of the way.
