Rapper and YouTuber DDG took to X this week to flex his massive streaming earnings, revealing that May 2025 was his most successful month ever on Twitch.

“[May] was my best month ever on Twitch,” DDG wrote in a post accompanied by screenshots of his streaming statistics — including a jaw-dropping $12,345,987 in revenue. The earnings sparked surprise and debate among fans, especially as DDG remains embroiled in a high-profile custody battle with actress and singer Halle Bailey.

The former couple — who welcomed a son together in late 2023 — have been locked in a legal fight over custody and parental rights following their split earlier this year.

In April, Halle Bailey was granted a temporary restraining order against DDG after she accused him of verbal and physical abuse. Court filings included graphic photos showing bruises on her arms and legs, as well as a swollen lip. Halle alleged the injuries were the result of multiple altercations that escalated over time.

This week, in a dramatic legal turn, DDG was granted a temporary restraining order of his own, claiming that Halle used air tags to track him, as well as being manipulative. His legal team argued that he was being unfairly targeted and that the narrative around the situation was being manipulated in the public eye.

Both parties are now awaiting a court hearing that will determine the status of the restraining orders and a longer-term custody agreement. In the meantime, social media continues to dissect every detail of the case, with fans of both celebrities taking sides.
