Former Penn State wide receiver Julian Fleming was seriously injured in an ATV accident that tragically claimed the life of his girlfriend, Alyssa Boyd, according to People.

The crash occurred in Columbia Township, Pennsylvania, where Fleming was reportedly driving a 2024 Yamaha ATV.
